Offshore Nigeria – Ultra Deep Water Gravity & Magnetic Survey

Austin Exploration has acquired 8538km of gravity data and 8404.9km of magnetic data, offshore Nigeria, coincidentally with Digital Exploration (Nigeria) LTD. and Veritas DGC LTD. onboard the M/V Professor Kurentsov.

The gravity meter used for this survey was LaCoste & Romberg meter S-27 with the upgraded ZLS digital acquisition and control system with 1 second recording of the gravity data.

A Geometrics G 801/3 magnetometer was used to acquire the magnetic data.
